Making an appointment was so easy online. Ming was great. She cut my hair how I wanted and paid special attention to my concerns. The shop is clean and the staff are very friendly. A challenge is the parking. Small it's shared with O'Reilley auto parts, Starbucks and some restaurants. Be patient. Starbucks customers don't stay long.

The Nuuanu location has a very nice and upscale appearance compared to the other location I usually go to. Stylist Zee was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. He did a good job messaging my entire scalp. Really like the tea tree shampoo. I highly recomend others to try their services.

Dina is amazing! She is professional and has customer service. She listens to you and provides service that you want and need. I got my roots touched up, my ends trimmed and a nice flat iron. She did a great job. The facility is clean. It was great. Thanks

Dina was our stylist. She is absolutely great. I had a hair wash, cut and blow dry. She was very detailed at making sure my hair cut was perfect and it is. My husband had a hair cut. She executed the same details to his hair cut as she did mine. Outside of the professional cut and styling she is also very personable and a pleasure to visit with.
